The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect who is able to construct clear diagrams using 3D Sketchup and AutoCAD. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution.
Responsibilities
- Create plans and drawings which clearly outline 3D Sketchup design of project
- To prepare 3D concept drawings for Design & Built projects.
- Knowledge about Quantity take offs from drawings
- To prepare 2D drawings during technical presentation
- Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor in civil Engineering
- 2-3 years of experience in construction and architecture
- Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD and 3DSketchUp
