We are looking for an experienced and organized Academic Coordinator (IGCSE) to support the smooth delivery of our educational programs. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Academic Advisor and Head of Cycle 2 to implement curriculum plans
- Monitor academic progress and help develop intervention strategies
- Guide and support teachers in meeting academic standards
- Maintain accurate academic records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with school policies and educational regulations
- Organize and coordinate professional development sessions
- Facilitate regular communication with parents and students
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (required)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in teaching or academic support
- Previous experience in the UAE education sector is an advantage
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced academic environment

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
