We are looking for a reliable and organized Admin & Accountant whos having experience in construction field to join our team. This dual-role position will be responsible for managing administrative tasks while also handling daily accounting and financial records for our construction operations.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
- Maintain and organize company records, contracts, and documents
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and site staff
- Support project documentation and submission
- Record day-to-day financial transactions
- Prepare and manage invoices, purchase orders, and receipts
- Handle petty cash and expense reports
- Reconcile bank statements
- Office management tasks (stationery, bills, scheduling)

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
