Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and journal entries.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Maintain accurate records of income, expenses, and inventory reconciliation.
- Monitor cash flow and support treasury management.
- Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and cost analysis.
- Process VAT filings and ensure tax compliance with local regulations.
- Prepare documentation for annual audits and coordinate with external auditors.
- Track and manage company assets and depreciation schedules.
- Monitor and enforce internal financial controls and procedures.
- Maintain and update accounting software and ensure data accuracy.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors for payment queries and settlements.
- Manage payroll, employee reimbursements, and related reporting.
- Generate and interpret financial reports to support management decisions.
- Provide recommendations for improving financial operations and cost control.
