- Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting using QuickBooks and QBMS.
- Prepare and submit VAT filings and ensure compliance with FTA regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Handle all PRO tasks including visa applications, Emirates ID processing, company registration, and license renewals.
- Liaise with government departments, free zones, and legal authorities to ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
- Provide administrative and clerical support .
- Manage payments, invoicing, and expense tracking.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a contracting or construction company in the UAE.
- Proficient in QuickBooks and QBMS.
- Solid understanding of UAE VAT laws and reporting procedures.
- Proven experience in PRO activities, with knowledge of visa processes and company licensing.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
