Alwafaa Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of accounting principles and practical experience in handling day-to-day financial operations in compliance with UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records, reports, and documentation
- Manage VAT filings, bank reconciliations, and petty cash transactions
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes
- Assist with invoice processing, payment follow-ups, and financial audits
- Coordinate with external parties such as auditors and banks when necessary
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Strong understanding of UAE VAT regulations and accounting standards
- Must currently hold a sponsored visa in the UAE
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
