- Maintain and update general ledger and chart of accounts.
- Record day-to-day financial transactions (AP/AR, journal entries, bank reconciliations).
- Monitor and reconcile inventory accounts in coordination with the logistics/warehouse team.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Process and track vendor payments, customer receipts, and internal expense reimbursements.
- Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts.
- Coordinate with external auditors and assist with audit preparation.
- Prepare and file tax returns (VAT, GST, corporate tax) in compliance with local regulations.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Analyze cost of goods sold (COGS) and gross margin performance.
- Ensure accurate documentation and archiving of all accounting records.
- Stay updated on financial laws, policies, and best practices.
