Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate is a male graduate with 2–4 years of UAE experience, preferably in a general trading company. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, VAT filing, and daily financial operations, including petty cash handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions (AP/AR, bank reconciliations, journal entries, etc.)
- Prepare and maintain financial reports and records
- Handle and reconcile petty cash transactions
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Handle VAT filings and ensure compliance with UAE regulations
- Coordinate with external auditors and support audit activities
- Monitor inventory, invoicing, and cash flow
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2–4 years of accounting experience in the UAE (trading sector preferred)
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, BC365, Tally, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations
- Experience in petty cash management
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Honest, trustworthy, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
