Accountant

Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for verification of vehicle sales invoice par with credit approval & required documents. 
2. Coordinate with all departments and make sure the daily sales and cash report are released in time.
3. Responsible for preparing receipts for daily collection and depositing to bank account with reconciliation.
4. Verification of all payments with required documents/approval. 
5. Monitoring the proper completion of all the required documents for all sale transactions.
6. Ensure compliance of group policies & procedures effectively.
7. Petty cash maintenance, petty voucher preparation. 
8. Maintaining the PDC’s & Reconciliation of warehoused PDC’s with F.A system.
9. Assisting in monthly closure of accounts.
10. Inventory management & physical verification on monthly basis with logistics.
11. Receivables follow ups and ensure collection are on track and report immediately to central office if any delay or default.
12. Any relevant ad-hoc duties and/or relevant special projects may be assigned by the Management.
