Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage the financial records of our rent-a-car office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting overall business profitability through accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounts
- Prepare and process invoices for rentals, maintenance, and services
- Track income and expenses for all vehicles and office operations
- Manage petty cash and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and assist in tax preparation
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable
- Coordinate with auditors and external financial consultants when required
- Assist with payroll and employee expense tracking
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience (preferably in the automotive or service industry)
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar)
- Strong understanding of financial principles and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with vehicle rental operations and fleet cost tracking
- Strong Excel skills and data analysis
- Good communication skills in English

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
