Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day to day accounting transactions (Invoicing and journal entries).
- Prepare monthly reports like P&L, Cash Flow Statements and Balance Sheet.
- Handling and reconciliation of Accounts Receivables & Payables.
- Proper coordination with customers for ledger reconciliation.
- Payments follow ups with customers through email & phone.
- Reconciliation of monthly bank statement.
- Doing monthly payroll and maintain proper employee related accounts.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Accounting.
- Well versed in Tally Prime & Excel.
- Freshers who have strong knowledge in accounting basics are also welcome.
