Job Description
- Record and maintain financial transactions in the accounting system.
- Process accounts payable and receivable.
- Handle data entry of invoices, receipts, and payments
- Reconcile bank statements with company records on a regular basis.
- Monitor and report discrepancies.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the general ledger.
- Ensure proper journal entries and account coding.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Help prepare documentation for tax filings and audits.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
- Coordinate with other departments to collect financial data.
- Support in budget preparation and cost analysis when required.
Salary for the Position - AED 5000 Per Month
