Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining financial records, including journal entries, general led
- Accounts, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable and receivable Assist in processing invoices, payments, and expenses
- Assist in preparing and submitting financial reports, statements, and budge
- Assist in reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and regulatory reporting Support the month-end and year-end closing processes
- Assist in managing the company's petty cash
- Provide support to the accounting team as needed
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
