Job Title: Accounts / Finance Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts / Finance Executive to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support overall financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a good understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payments.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
- Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Monitor financial transactions and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets.
- Assist auditors during audits and ensure required documentation is available.
- Handle payroll calculations and related reporting.
- Ensure timely submission of VAT and other statutory requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho Books).
- Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze financial data.
- Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations is a plus.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
