Position: Accounts Assistant (Male Arabic Speaker)
Location: Based in Abu Dhabi, with regular travel to RAK, Dubai, and Sharjah

We are seeking an Arabic-speaking Accounts Assistant to join our finance team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will assist with invoice verification across the group, support finance tracking related to social media ad spending, and coordinate with various branches in RAK, Dubai, and Sharjah, which requires weekly visits.
Key Responsibilities
Verify and reconcile invoices across group companies and departments.
Track and review advertising-related expenses, especially from Meta (Facebook, Instagram).
Support the accounting team with daily financial operations and month-end closings.
Coordinate with teams in RAK, Dubai, and Sharjah through scheduled visits.
Serve as a communication link between finance and Arabic-speaking partners or vendors.
Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Background in accounting or finance; diploma or degree preferred.
Understanding of social media platforms and advertising billing (Meta preferred).
Ability to travel weekly to RAK, Dubai, and Sharjah from Abu Dhabi.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
1–2 years of experience in a similar finance or accounts role.
Familiarity with Excel or accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho, etc.).
Experience working across multiple branches or companies.
