Overview
ARABIC LANGUAGE IS PLUS (FEMALE) AND LOCATION IN AJMAN.
Administrative Duties:
- Office Management:
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Ensure the office runs smoothly (coordinating repairs, managing cleaners or office boys, etc.).
- Maintain and organize files (physical and digital).
- Staff Support:
- Handle travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and event coordination.
- Assist in HR-related tasks such as leave tracking or attendance management.
- Maintain staff records.
- Communication & Coordination:
- Answer phone calls and emails.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and service providers.
- Draft letters, memos, and reports.
Accounts/Finance Duties:
- Bookkeeping:
- Record daily financial transactions.
- Maintain cash books, petty cash, and ledgers.
- Track and file invoices and receipts.
- Billing & Payments:
- Prepare and send invoices to clients.
- Follow up on payments and handle collections.
- Process bills and make vendor payments.
- Payroll Assistance:
- Assist in salary calculations.
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records for payroll processing.
- Bank and Financial Tasks:
- Prepare bank deposits and handle banking transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements with company records.
- Reporting:
- Generate financial summaries or basic reports for management.
- Assist external accountants or auditors during audits.
Required Skills:
