Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years UAE experience in Admin/HR (preferably in exhibition/advertising/printing industry).
- Good knowledge of HR procedures and UAE labour laws.
- Experience in exhibition pass registration, visa processing, and site-related HR coordination.
- Strong communication & organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office & HR documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all Admin & HR tasks related to exhibition stand works and office operations.
- Manage exhibition/site pass registrations, event permissions & manpower coordination.
- Prepare and maintain employee records, HR files, contracts & attendance.
- Coordinate with PRO for visas, renewals, and other UAE-based requirements.
- Support management in recruitment, onboarding, payroll assistance & compliance.
- Assist with office administration, scheduling, and internal communication.
