Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Support real estate activities such as lease agreements and property documentation
- Organize meetings, maintain schedules, and arrange travel bookings.
- Maintain updated company databases and records.
- Assist HR, finance, and operations with administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Admin Executive, Office Administrator, or similar role.
- Experience in the retail industry preferred; real estate knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
