Administrator/Duty Officer
We are looking for a Administrator/Duty Officer to oversee surveillance, track attendance, and manage payroll and organizational security. If you are detail-oriented and have experience with technology, join us to make an impact in security, HR, and tech operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor CCTV systems during shifts.
- Maintain attendance records in Excel.
- Collaborate with HR and payroll teams.
- Be detail-focused and a team player.
- Adhere to attendance policies and enforce penalties for violations.
HR Payroll:
- Accurately process employee payroll.
- Handle salary-related inquiries and discrepancies.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Be proficient in payroll software and Excel.
- Be familiar with payroll policies, including penalties for errors.
CCTV Operators:
- Monitor and report security incidents.
- Coordinate with the task/operations department.
- Have knowledge of surveillance technology.
- Understand security policies, including penalties for breaches.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Human Resources Payroll , Administrator, or in other security/surveillance roles.
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Speak Arabic.
