We are currently looking for a highly organized and bilingual Administrator & Translator, preferably a Moldovan national, to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day administrative operations and assist in translating documents and conversations between Romanian and English, ensuring clear communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office administration duties including filing, scheduling, and coordination
- Translate documents and verbal communication between Romanian and English
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners as needed
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, and presentations
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Support HR and management with clerical tasks and document control
- Ensure smooth operation of the office and maintain supplies
Requirements:
- Moldovan national (due to language and communication needs)
- Proficient in Romanian and English (written and spoken)
- Prior experience in office administration or translation is preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
