We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Agency Operations & Project Manager to oversee all ongoing projects, coordinate between teams, ensure deadlines are met, and provide weekly/monthly reports directly to the CEO. This role is key to ensuring smooth operations and successful project delivery across the agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all agency projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
- Coordinate between all departments — Creative, Content, Marketing, Web Development, Sales, and Production — to maintain smooth workflows.
- Assign and organize tasks using project management tools and track progress daily.
- Identify potential risks or delays and resolve them before they impact delivery.
- Lead weekly and monthly meetings with department heads to align on priorities.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports to the CEO.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, files, and status updates.
- Continuously optimize internal processes to increase operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in project management, operations management, or a similar role in a marketing or creative agency.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Zoho Projects, Asana, Trello, or similar).
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail with a focus on delivering top-quality work.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
