We are seeking a motivated and experienced agricultural farmer to take full responsibility for the development and operations of a farm located in Ras Al Khaimah. The land is currently non-operational, and we are looking for someone capable of planning, executing, and maximizing production, as well as identifying sales channels for the farm’s future yield.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement a full agricultural setup from scratch
Select crops and/or livestock for maximum productivity
Supervise day-to-day farm activities and labor
Oversee irrigation, fertilization, and pest control
Ensure compliance with UAE agricultural standards
Build a network of buyers and distributors to sell farm produce
Qualifications:
Degree in Agricultural Engineering or related field
Proven experience in farm planning and management
Strong knowledge of crop cycles, soil types, and market trends
Self-driven and results-oriented
UAE experience is a plus
Arabic speaking is a bonus
Compensation:
Basic monthly salary (modest)
