Key Responsibilities:
- Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage
- Provide information and customer service
- Ensure security and safety procedures are followed
- Coordinate with ground and flight crews
- Handle emergencies and disruptions professionally
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude
- Previous airport or hospitality experience is a plus
