We are looking for a passionate, creative, and skilled All-Around Beautician to join our team. As an All-Around Beautician, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of beauty treatments and services, including hair, skin, and nail care. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a strong eye for detail, and a deep knowledge of the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hair Care Services:
- Perform haircuts, trims, and styling for both men and women.
- Offer hair coloring, highlighting, and balayage services.
- Provide hair treatments, including deep conditioning, keratin treatments, and scalp massages.
- Apply hair extensions and maintain them.
- Nail Care Services:
- Perform manicures, pedicures, and nail art.
- Offer gel, acrylic, and dip powder nails.
- Ensure nail health and hygiene by providing proper care and treatments.
- Provide hand and foot massages.
- Skin Care Services:
- Offer facial treatments, including cleansing, exfoliating, and moisturizing.
- Perform waxing (eyebrow, face, body) and threading services.
- Offer specialized skin treatments, such as microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and facials.
- Provide makeup application services for various occasions.
- Customer Service:
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Consult with clients to understand their beauty needs and recommend appropriate services and products.
- Advise clients on hair, skin, and nail care, offering personalized suggestions for home maintenance.
- Ensure a positive, relaxing experience for all clients and address concerns or complaints promptly.
- Sanitation and Hygiene:
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the salon.
- Sterilize and clean tools and equipment after each use.
- Follow safety and health protocols as per local regulations.
- Sales & Promotions:
- Promote salon products and services to clients.
- Upsell additional services or products based on client needs.
- Stay informed about new beauty trends, products, and services to offer to clients.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other beauty professionals (hair stylists, estheticians, etc.) to ensure a smooth and efficient salon operation.
- Assist in organizing salon events or promotions when required.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a beautician or in a similar role.
- Certification or diploma in beauty therapy, cosmetology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in a variety of beauty treatments (haircuts, coloring, nails, skin care, makeup, waxing).
- Excellent knowledge of beauty products and techniques.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive skin types and provide personalized care.
- Attention to detail and ability to stay organized.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment.
- A friendly, professional, and approachable attitude.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
