Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven professional to manage and grow our Aluminum and Glass department. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in works in construction projects throughout the GCC region.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all operational aspects of the Aluminum and Glass department, from tendering to execution and handover.
- Manage and supervise teams including engineers, draftsmen, site supervisors, and technicians.
- Plan and allocate resources to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and main contractors to ensure smooth execution of works.
- Review and approve technical drawings, material submittals, and shop drawings.
- Monitor cost control, procurement, and budgeting in line with project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards across all projects.
- Identify business development opportunities and contribute to strategic planning for department growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the GCC in Aluminum and Glass works, including managerial roles.
- Strong knowledge of technical standards and installation methods for curtain walls, cladding, aluminum doors/windows, partitions, and glazing systems.
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and project management tools is a plus.
- UAE driving license (or GCC equivalent) is an advantage.
