We are currently seeking a professional and friendly receptionist to join our dermatology clinic. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a dermatology or medical clinic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle administrative duties efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients in a professional manner
- Manage appointment bookings and scheduling
- Handle incoming calls, messages, and patient inquiries
- Assist with insurance coordination and approvals
- Maintain patient records and documentation
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and admin team
