Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, design, and develop architectural plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Prepare construction documents, including specifications and drawings.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Adhere to building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.
- Oversee construction projects to ensure adherence to design intent.
Qualifications:
- Registered with Dubai Municipality.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Min. 3-4 years of experience as an Architect.
- Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp,Lumion,3Ds Max).
- Strong design skills and a passion for architecture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and sustainability practices.
