About the Role
We are seeking a visionary and experienced Architect III to lead and contribute to the Concept Design Team. This role requires a creative design thinker with exceptional architectural design skills, a deep understanding of project visioning, and a strong ability to lead multidisciplinary teams from concept through to schematic design phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of architectural concepts across a variety of project types (residential, commercial, hospitality, mixed-use, etc.).
- Support senior architects and design leads in shaping design briefs through research, analysis, and collaboration with clients and consultants.
- Produce high-quality design outputs, including sketches, diagrams, 3D models, and renderings, to effectively communicate design intent.
- Coordinate with junior team members by sharing knowledge, assisting with design tasks, and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Work closely with technical teams to review feasibility and assist in transitioning concepts into detailed design stages.
- Stay informed on architectural trends, materials, and technologies, applying them to enhance design quality.
- Participate in client meetings, design workshops, and presentations as part of the project team, contributing to discussions and design reviews.
What do we need from you
Qualifications:
- Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch or equivalent).
- Minimum 6–8 years of professional experience, with a solid portfolio demonstrating involvement in concept and schematic design.
- Proven ability to contribute to early-stage design on medium to large-scale projects.
- Strong proficiency in Revit as a core design and documentation tool; skilled in complementary software such as Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and AutoCAD. Knowledge of parametric tools (e.g., Grasshopper) is an advantage.
- Strong freehand sketching, visual communication, and presentation abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well within multidisciplinary teams.
- Awareness of sustainable and innovative design practices and ability to integrate them into project work.
