Job Description:
Universal BIM is looking for five (5) skilled Architectural BIM Modelers to join our growing team. The ideal candidates must have hands-on experience in architectural BIM modeling for residential, commercial, and fit-out projects. This role requires professionals who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy and coordination in Revit and AutoCAD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed 3D models of architectural elements using Revit.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams for seamless project execution.
- Prepare and update shop drawings, layouts, and as-built drawings.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, project specifications, and industry standards.
- Identify and resolve clashes using BIM coordination tools.
Requirements:
✔ Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architectural BIM Modeler.
✔ Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination software.
✔ Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, finishes, and material specifications.
✔ Ability to interpret design drawings and specifications accurately.
✔ Must be locally available in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
