- Assist in the preparation, formatting, and updating of hotel contracts and rate sheets
- Maintain and update the internal system with accurate hotel data, rates, and terms
- Liaise with hotel partners to follow up on contracts, allotments, and seasonal promotions
- Support the contracting manager in compiling destination and rate comparisons
- Prepare regular performance and rate competitiveness reports
- Coordinate internally with reservations, operations, and accounts teams
