About the role
We are seeking a driven Assistant Manager with expertise in learning design to join our L&D team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging e-learning content, refining in-person training materials, and developing high quality multimedia learning resources.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Design and develop instructional materials, including e-learning courses, instructor-led training materials, job aids, and assessments.
- Ensure learning materials are learner centered and follow best practices in instructional design and adult learning.
- Proficient in multimedia creation and management (video, animation, simulations, and interactive exercises) to enhance learning effectiveness and engagement.
- Use data and understand users’ pain-points to design and develop specific learning experiences that are fundamental to the L&D strategy and help achieve company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Consistently deliver workshops, focus groups, and training sessions to a diverse range of colleagues and stakeholders
- Partner with allocated divisions to plan what learning is needed to drive colleague performance and engagement.
- Influence Departmental Trainers in allocated divisions to implement upskilling initiatives that are of the highest quality and support them in tracking learning engagement and impact.
About You
We’re seeking candidates with great creative flair and learning design capability. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing e-learning content using design tools such as Articulate 360/storyline, ideally in a large complex organisation. A proactive attitude toward facilitating training sessions is also highly valued.
