Job Title: Licensed Assistant Nurse

Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Assistant Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate must hold a valid MOH/DHA license or eligibility letter and will be responsible for assisting registered nurses and physicians in delivering quality patient care in accordance with medical and nursing standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Assist patients with daily activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, feeding, and comfort.
- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure).
- Support in administering oral and topical medications as instructed by a Registered Nurse/Physician.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
- Ensure infection control practices and safety standards are followed at all times.
- Assist in patient education and emotional support.
- Report changes in patient condition promptly to the supervising nurse or physician.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality and continuous patient care.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: Diploma in Nursing or equivalent.
- License: Valid MOH/DHA license or eligibility letter (mandatory).
- Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, or home care setting preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate, patient-centered, and adaptable to diverse patient needs.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
