JOB SUMMARY:
Our client, a leading provider of visual communication solutions specializing in signage, digital signage, and outdoor advertising, is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager Sales.
This role is integral in supporting the continued business growth and expansion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, particularly within the signage and outdoor media industry, and a passion for building lasting client relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and assist business development initiatives, in achieving and exceeding sales targets across categories like signage, digital signage, and OOH advertising.
- Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and actively pursue prospective clients in key sectors (retail, real estate, hospitality, public infrastructure, etc.).
- Conduct detailed presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers, architects, consultants, contractors, and decision-makers.
- Handle inquiries, follow up on quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals in a professional manner.
- Provide pre- and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate closely with design, production, and installation teams to ensure timely and accurate project execution.
- Work with the marketing department to support lead-generation campaigns, events, and exhibitions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide strategic insights and improve offerings.
- Maintain up-to-date sales pipeline records using CRM tools.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs for review.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Additional trainings or certifications is plus.
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in the signage and outdoor advertising industry or related B2B environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in signage, outdoor advertising, or digital display products.
TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY:
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and basic project tracking tools.
- Strong knowledge of signage, digital signage, outdoor media advertising formats, and retail display solutions.
LEADERSHIP & SOFT SKILLS:
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive sales approach.
- Collaborative team player who can also work independently.
- Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Urdu / Hindi and Arabic is a plus.
