The ideal candidate must have hands-on skills in vehicle surface preparation, color mixing, and spray painting, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality finishes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform sanding, priming, masking, and full-body painting
- Mix and match colors accurately as per vehicle specifications
- Use spray guns and other tools for even paint application
- Carry out polishing and refinishing as required
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the painting area
- Inspect final output to ensure quality and consistency
Requirements:
- Gulf experience is preferred
- Proven experience as an automotive painter
- Good understanding of paint types, materials, and application methods
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Knowledge of workplace safety practices and paint booth operations
