- Oversee daily workshop operations, staff, and job distribution
- Ensure high-quality repair work and customer satisfaction
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and proper use of tools/PPE
- Identify training needs and develop technical staff
Requirement:
- 2–3 years experience as a Workshop Supervisor in automotive
- Strong technical knowledge of vehicle systems and repair procedures
- Experience in team supervision and task allocation
- Familiarity with workshop tools, equipment, and safety protocols
- Proficiency in preparing technical reports and job documentation
- Good communication and leadership skills
