Job Title: AutoCAD Drafter

Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified AutoCAD Drafter with a Diploma in Architecture or Civil Engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of UAE experience and a strong understanding of drafting standards and building codes in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD
- Modify and update drawings based on engineers’ or architects’ markups
- Ensure all drawings are compliant with UAE building regulations and project specifications
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to gather design requirements
- Maintain an organized database of drawing files and documentation
- Assist in preparing documentation for approvals and permits
- Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements
- Conduct site visits when necessary to gather data or verify drawing accuracy
Requirements:
- Diploma in Architecture or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of relevant UAE experience
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other drafting tools
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and under deadlines
