Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical drafting skills, proficiency in the latest design software, and experience in producing detailed drawings for civil engineering and fabrication projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and modify technical drawings using AutoCAD 2D & 3D.
- Develop 3D models using SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Rhino, or similar software.
- Prepare, review, and interpret shop drawings, detailed design drawings, and as-built drawings for civil engineering works.
- Ensure drawings include all necessary views, dimensions, and specifications for manufacturing and construction.
- Assist in technical matters, including on-site measurements and data collection.
- Produce furniture fabrication details and related documentation.
- Conduct site visits to gather required information and verify measurements.
- Manage workload efficiently to meet project deadlines.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and other computer applications for documentation and data management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D & 3D and 3D modeling software (SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Rhino).
- Experience in shop drawings, design drawings, and as-built drawings for civil engineering projects.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, dimensionally precise drawings.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
- Willingness to visit project sites as needed.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
