AutoCAD Draftsman – Interior Design (Doors)
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (Candidates must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate)
About the Role:
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented AutoCAD Draftsman with strong experience in interior design, particularly in custom doors and joinery. The ideal candidate should have excellent command over AutoCAD and be familiar with other design tools such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate technical drawings and shop drawings for door manufacturing and installation
- Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy
- Modify and revise drawings based on feedback from engineers, designers, or clients
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing records
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an AutoCAD Draftsman in interior design, preferably with a focus on doors, woodworks, or joinery
- Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar tools is a strong plus
- Understanding of interior fit-out and material detailing
- Ability to interpret and work with architectural and MEP drawings
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Must be currently residing in Abu Dhabi or ready to relocate
