Job Description
- Supervises a team of bartenders and ensures the guests’ orders and requests are attended to in a timely manner
- Oversees the weekly alcohol and liquor inventory and prepares store requisitions / bar requisitions and reports any discrepancy to the manager
- Develops together with the bar manager new drinks and themes for the bar
- Works in close cooperation with all other team members of the bar, as well as kitchen, stewarding and cashiers.
Qualifications
- Service focused personality is essential
- Previous experience in a similar role is a must
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
