- Supervise daily store operations during assigned shifts.
- Ensure all baristas are following company policies and procedures.
- Delegate tasks and monitor productivity.
- Maintain a calm, efficient workflow, especially during peak hours.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally.
- Model and uphold high standards for service and hospitality.
- Coach and mentor baristas in real-time.
- Train new team members on drink standards, safety, and service.
- Provide performance feedback and report issues to management.
- Prepare beverages and food items to standard when needed.
- Maintain quality control on product presentation and speed of service.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering or inventory counts.
- Restock supplies and ensure equipment is functioning properly.
- Maintain cleanliness across all areas (bar, floor, restrooms).
- Monitor Open or close the store according to procedures.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
