Job Title: Barista
Location: Envy Café – Ground Floor, Al Naeem Mall, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE
Salary Range: AED 2,000 – AED 2,500 (All-inclusive)

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of Barista experience in the UAE
About Envy Café:
Located at Al Naeem Mall, Envy Café offers premium coffee, handcrafted beverages, and light café bites in a vibrant and welcoming environment. We are currently seeking a skilled Barista with food preparation experience to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve various hot and cold beverages including specialty coffee, smoothies, and teas
- Make fresh wraps, sandwiches, salads, and light snacks as per the café menu
- Ensure quality, consistency, and hygiene in all food and beverage preparation
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate the POS system accurately and handle transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and kitchen area
- Monitor inventory and notify management of low stock
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations in line with UAE standards
- Assist in daily opening and closing duties
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Barista in the UAE
- Must be able to prepare wraps, sandwiches, and smoothies
- Good knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and food preparation
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Own visa (freelance or spouse visa) is mandatory
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Positive attitude, team player, and attention to detail
Preferred:
- Latte art skills and experience with cold brews
- UAE Food Handling Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
