The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing a variety of barbecue dishes, including Seekh Kebabs, Tikkas, Boti, Malai Boti, Tawa , and Charcoal Grilled Meats, using authentic marinades and spices. Key Responsibilities:
1. BBQ Preparation & Cooking:
- Prepare, marinate, and grill meats, seafood, and vegetables as per traditional Pakistani/Indian BBQ recipes.
- Ensure the proper blending of spices and seasonings for marinades.
- Use charcoal and tandoor grills to achieve authentic flavors.
- Control grilling temperatures and cooking times to ensure consistency.
- Monitor and ensure proper doneness of meats while maintaining juiciness.
2. Kitchen Operations & Quality Control:
- Follow restaurant-standard recipes while maintaining quality and portion control.
- Ensure that all BBQ dishes are presented in an attractive and appetizing manner.
- Maintain stock levels of raw materials and inform the management of replenishments.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff on grilling techniques and food safety.
3. Hygiene & Safety Compliance:
- Ensure the BBQ and grill areas are clean and sanitized at all times.
- Follow proper food storage, handling, and hygiene protocols.
- Comply with health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe cooking environment.
- Properly handle kitchen equipment and tools, ensuring their maintenance and longevity.
4. Customer Satisfaction & Teamwork:
- Work efficiently under pressure, especially during peak hours.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain smooth operations.
- Take feedback positively and improve flavors and presentation accordingly.
- Ensure orders are prepared and served on time with consistency in taste.

Requirements & Skills:
✅ Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Pakistani/Indian BBQ kitchen or similar role.
✅ Cooking Expertise: Strong knowledge of BBQ grilling, tandoor cooking, and marinade preparation.
✅ Familiarity with Spices: Understanding of traditional South Asian herbs and spices.
✅ Grilling Techniques: Expertise in handling charcoal grills, skewers, tandoor ovens, and open-fire cooking.
✅ Work Under Pressure: Ability to work efficiently during peak hours while maintaining quality.
✅ Team Player: Must be able to coordinate with kitchen staff and work as a team.
✅ Hygiene & Safety: Awareness of food safety standards and kitchen cleanliness.
