Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced BIM Coordinator with a strong focus on structural systems to join our team in the UAE. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects and contribute to the development of advanced BIM practices within a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage BIM models with a focus on structural design and systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure model accuracy and resolve clashes
- Maintain consistent BIM standards, workflows, and project deliverables
- Support design and construction teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct model reviews and ensure quality assurance on all deliverables
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of BIM experience in the UAE construction industry
- Proven expertise in structural modeling and coordination
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360
- Strong understanding of BIM execution plans, LOD requirements, and industry standards
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate across teams
