With a solid reputation for delivering innovative aquatic environments, they are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed BIM models for swimming pools and water feature projects using Revit and other BIM software.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to produce coordinated 3D models, shop drawings, and documentation.
- Interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to create precise swimming pool layouts.
- Ensure models comply with project specifications, standards, and LOD requirements.
- Participate in clash detection processes and coordinate resolutions with relevant teams.
- Maintain and update BIM models throughout design and construction phases.
- Support site and project teams with accurate and up-to-date drawings and 3D visualizations.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience specifically in swimming pool modeling within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination tools (e.g., Navisworks, BIM 360).
- Strong understanding of construction methods related to pools and water features.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and details.
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
