- Manage day-to-day cash transactions and ensure timely deposits and reconciliations
- Maintain and update general ledger accounts with accuracy and in a timely manner
- Oversee branch-level accounting operations, ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
- Handle accounts receivable – monitor outstanding invoices, follow up with clients, and ensure timely collections
- Manage accounts payable – verify invoices, process payments, and maintain vendor relationships
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
- Coordinate with the Head Office and auditors for reporting and compliance requirements
- Prepare and analyze branch financial reports for internal review
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
