Overall Business development of the branch and meeting targets
Direct supervision of shop employees and delegating responsibilities
Conducting periodical shop employees meeting to discuss challenges and improving business Process
Day to day interaction with Purchase and Inventory department to ensure adequate stock in show rooms
Ensuring timely sales deliveries to customers
Ensuring accuracy of customer deliveries
Ensuring accuracy of goods receipt to shop.
Maintain customer relationship management by maintaining database, proper follow up calls, product promotions etc.
Responsible for preparation of quotations and follow up
Responsible for collection from credit customers
Responsible for day end closing with reconciliation of cash balances/ credit cards/credit sales.
Proper inventory display and accurate inventory control of the shops
Monitoring slow moving/expiring items and faster clearance of such items.
Total ownership of shop inventories.
Assigning rack/bins to shop employees and ensuring storage discipline from employees.
Evaluation of shop employee’s performance
Monitoring and maintaining adequate GP ratio on sales
Weekly operation reporting to GM Sales and Marketing
Liaison with head office executives as required.
Qualifications and Education:
Graduated/ Post graduated
Experience:
5 YEARS BRANCH MANAGER/ SHOWROM MANAGER EXPERIENCE IN A CERAMICS & BUILDING MATERIALS TRADING SECTOR
