We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead operations for our new entertainment entity in Abu Dhabi
Position: Branch Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi
Experience: 4-5years in entertainment Industry
Salary : AED 6,500 - 7,000
Job duties:
* Lead, train, and evaluate staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
* Manage daily operations of rides, attractions, events, and guest services.
* Prepare and monitor budgets, control costs, and implement corrective actions as needed.
* Enforce safety protocols, conduct regular inspections, and oversee facility maintenance.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, service quality, and entertainment delivery.
* Supervise cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and event scheduling.
* Coordinate marketing initiatives, special events, and guest experience programs.
* Track revenue, attendance, and address maintenance issues proactively.
