Job description:
Looking for a skilled Bread Maker to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in dough preparation, baking, and quality control, with strong time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
· Measure, mix, and knead dough (by hand or machine) for different bread types.
· Shape, proof, and bake bread according to recipes.
· Monitor oven temperature, baking times, and humidity levels.
· Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and appearance of bread.
· Safely operate and maintain bakery equipment (mixers, ovens, proofers, etc.).
· Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times.
· Manage stock levels and assist with inventory control.
· Work closely with other staff to meet daily production targets.
Requirements:
· Fluent in English (spoken & written).
· Minimum 1 year experience in bread making/bakery.
· Strong time management and organizational skills.
· Immediate availability.
· Open to all visa holders
