The Role
Kyndryl is seeking an accomplished Business Analyst / Consultant to join our team as an individual contributor focused on driving business-technical alignment through expert requirements gathering, process mapping, process design, and systems architecture. This role is pivotal in translating complex business needs into detailed specifications that integrate modern data ecosystems and AI systems, fostering innovative solutions to meet customer challenges.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and system requirements.
Map and design low-level processes, integrating upstream and downstream systems to ensure seamless end-to-end workflows.
Develop functional and non-functional requirements, specifying inputs, outputs, and interactions across various touchpoints.
Create comprehensive process models, workflows, and system architecture documentation to guide development teams.
Serve as the liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure clear understanding and proper implementation of requirements.
Perform impact analysis and risk assessments on proposed changes to processes or systems.
Support user acceptance testing and validation of solutions to meet business objectives .
Continuously evaluate and improve business processes and system functionalities for optimum efficiency.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the evolving data ecosystem, AI system integrations, and best practices in business analysis.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field.
Proven expertise in business analysis frameworks, methodologies, and techniques for requirements elicitation, journey mapping, and process design.
Extensive experience in creating detailed business requirement specifications for data platforms and AI systems integration ( minimum 10+ years).
Proficient in defining inputs and outputs across multiple process touchpoints, ensuring comprehensive integration of functional and non-functional requirements.
Strong understanding of modern data ecosystems and architectures, including data governance and data quality considerations.
Demonstrated ability to integrate upstream and downstream processes and systems to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Solid industry knowledge relevant to enterprise data management and AI-powered business solutions.
Exceptional team collaboration skills with a track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Lang uage preference: Arabic speaker
Hands-on experience with requirements gathering techniques, business process re-engineering, and documentation standards.
Familiarity with DevOps and MLOps frameworks and their role in continuous integration and deployment for data and AI systems.
Knowledge of data science algorithms and their practical application within business environments.
Cloud computing expertise , especially in designing and architecting solutions using cloud-native services.
Strong architecture skills, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
Outstanding communication and organizational skills capable of managing multiple priorities and stakeholder expectations.
