About the Role
We are looking for a highly ambitious and highly analitical Business Assistant to support the Founder of Object 1 Real Estate Development. This role is ideal for a driven individual with a strong background in finance, investments, fintech or startups, who wants to grow rapidly into a more senior business role.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist the Founder with strategic planning, business development and investor relations.
• Conduct market research related to real estate, fintech, startups, and investment opportunities.
• Prepare financial models, presentations, and reports.
• Support in fundraising, negotiations with investors, and partnership discussions.
• Attend meetings with the Founder, take minutes, follow up on action points.
• Manage calendars, scheduling, business correspondence and travel arrangements.
• Analyze new business proposals and assist in pitching to potential partners.
• Act as a bridge between the Founder and internal teams or external stakeholders.
Requirements
• Fluent Russian speaker (must) + strong English.
• Previous experience in finance, investment, fintech, venture/startups or consulting.
• Strong understanding of business numbers, investment terms, basics of financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong research and analytical mindset.
• Very proactive, energetic and fast learner.
• High level of ambition, desire to grow quickly, work closely with top management.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• UAE experience is a plus.
